During my time working for the NHS I took on a temporary project to produce some leaflets to improve the access to the mental health services across Suffolk. In order to make the leaflets easily updateable in the future I used a mail merger between a MS Access database and a Word document template. The template had to be flexible, yet of fixed size to prevent any content overflowing to the next page. I also created the database which would hold the information and feed into the leaflet template.
